JetBlue offers the following seat choices:
When you make your JetBlue flight booking online, you won’t see Even More Space seats as an option because it is available as an add-on. After you select your fare (Blue Basic, Blue, Blue Plus, or Blue Extra) and type in your personal information, you’ll find the option to select your seat. The Even More Space seats appear in a circle (instead of a square) against a light blue background, as shown in the screenshot below.
To know the cost of a seat upgrade, simply hover over the seat you want. To select an Even More Space seat, click on the seat and the cost will be added to your total fare. You will also see the specific details of the seat—such as whether it offers under-seat storage or has fixed armrests.
The seat upgrade option is available on a per journey basis. This means if you have a connecting flight, you will also have to pay for the connecting flight’s seat upgrade.
Note. Even More Space seats must be purchased—you cannot book them with points.
The following passengers can upgrade for free to Even More Space seats:
All passengers (except Basic Blue fare passengers) can select their seats for free.
Passengers traveling on Basic Blue fares can select their seats in advance for a fee. However, they can select their seats for free 24 hours before departure at the time of checking in (the seat choice is limited at this stage).
If you didn’t make any Special Service Request at the time of booking, you must notify JetBlue at least 48 hours before departure. For contact details, refer to the section titled What to Do if You Require Special Assistance on JetBlue.
Ask any JetBlue crewmember how best they can help you.

A view of JetBlue’s Loyalty Program, TrueBlue
JetBlue’s loyalty program is known as TrueBlue. Unlike other loyalty programs, it is not based on the miles you fly—but on the money you spend on JetBlue flights as well as partner activities. TrueBlue points don’t expire and can be shared with your family members.
TrueBlue offers only one elite status, known as Mosaic, which provides a range of benefits such as:
