If you need extra help or special assistance on your Emirates Airlines ticket booking, you will need to:

  • Contact your local Emirates office at least 48 hours before your flight’s departure.

      • Use safety briefing cards printed in Braille. 
      • Have meal menus read out to you by a flight attendant. 
      • Get help with the identification of food items, tray placement, and package opening.
