Aeromexico Refund Policy for COVID

The Aeromexico cancellation policy for COVID is now over. This means the COVID-related fee waivers are no longer effective, and the normal fare rules will kick in. So, unless the fare conditions of your ticket permit, you will no longer be able to rebook your flight for free, request a refund as an electronic voucher (EMD) for 100% of your paid fare or to your original form of payment within 12 months (applicable as of January 11, 2022).
