- Make a one-time change to your flight date within 14 days before or after the disrupted flight date without having to pay any reissue fee or fare/tax difference, as long as your route and travel class remain the same. If you make any changes to your route within the ticket’s validity period, you will not be charged a reissue fee but you must pay the difference in fares/taxes/insurance surcharge and the applicable booking service charges.
If your cancelled flight resumed operations later, you can make changes to your original flight and date within the same booking class without paying additional charges.
- If you’re travelling on a BR (695) or B7 (525) ticket on Premium Economy booking and your flight was affected by a change of aircraft, you can:
- Accept the re-accommodated flight, or rebook your flight in the same travel class but on a different date based on the fare rules of your ticket, or rebook on the same route on a different date on Business Class and pay the fare difference.
- Obtain a refund on the unused portion of your ticket without paying the refund service charge. The booking service charge (BSC) will only be refunded if your ticket is fully unused. For partially used tickets, it is non-refundable). However, this does not apply to free and reduced fare tickets (ID/AD/DM, etc.).
- If your EVA Air 695/UNI Air 525 ticket to/from Shanghai was cancelled or changed and your ticket issue/reissue date is on/before September 6, 2022, with a travel date between March 27, 2022, and October 31, 2022, you can:
- Make a one-time change to your ticket (Taiwan – Shanghai) within the validity period without being charged a reissue fee, fare difference, taxes, etc., as long as you do it before on/before November 30, 2022, and your route and travel class remain the same. If you make a one-time change to your route, date, or booking class within the ticket’s validity period, you will not be charged a reissue fee but you must pay the difference in fares/taxes/insurance surcharge and the applicable booking service charges. If the cancelled flight was resumed later, you can choose to fly on it on the original flight date again within the same booking class without any additional charge.
