I have a terrible experience with Air Asia Philippines. Even though I purchased the ticket with insurance and it says on their website that for a immediate family dies, it can be credited to the account or a refund but the people in Air Asia denied the claim because it is personal reason and not their fault. A terrible experience and disappointment for Philippines. I am going to contact Raffy Tulfo and Business Bureau here in Washington to file a complaint. Is this how you treat your passengers?
