Before checking in, have the following Advance Passenger Information (API) ready:

Process. To check in for your flight online at Qatar Airways:

  1. Go to QatarAirways.com

  3. Enter the following details to retrieve your booking:
    1. Your booking reference
    2. Your last name 
  4. Click on the Check-in button  
  5. Confirm your check-in and
    1. Print your boarding pass, or
    2. Email your boarding pass to yourself, or 
    3. Send your boarding pass to your mobile phone 

When you check-in online, you can also select your seat.

Passengers Not Eligible for Online Check-in

You won’t be able to check in online if:

  • You’re holding an unconfirmed or standby booking
  • You need medical or special assistance
  • You’re travelling on an unaccompanied minor booking
