Evening Before Check-in Deadlines at Dublin and Cork Airports 

Passengers traveling on Aer Lingus and Aer Lingus Regional from Dublin and Cork airports can present themselves (with each passenger’s passport details/valid ID card) at the airport and drop off their bags the previous evening per the timelines below. If traveling with immediate family, one family member is permitted to check in and drop off all passengers’ bags (but must carry each passenger’s passport/valid ID). The passengers must reach the airport the next morning at least 90 minutes before their flight’s departure.

  • Dublin Airport: From 4pm–8pm for flights departing between 5:30am–8am the next morning.
  • Cork Airport: From 4pm–7.30pm for flights departing between 6am–8am the next morning.

Same-Day Return Check-in at Dublin Airport 

Passengers traveling with hand baggage only can check in for outbound and return flights to most destinations in the United Kingdom.
