My mother in law bought an international ticket for my husband and son to go attend my dad’s memorial celebration in the PI. 2 weeks ago, we received a letter from my son’s
school scheduling his advancement test on the dates of my
    dad’s memorial celebration. We
decided to cancel their tickets due to this unforseen circumstances but we got denied by your airline and
the third party agent because we
    don’t have a flexibility insurance.
Can we still appeal the decision
since we have a valid reason for the cancelation?
