3. Refund your entire flight booking

You can cancel your flight ticket for free and request a refund for your entire flight booking online via FlyBreeze.com or the Breeze mobile app. To request a refund of your entire flight booking:

You can cancel an entire flight reservation online if you purchased your ticket directly through Breeze Airways. If you purchased your ticket from a third party (travel agent or website), you must contact them directly to process your cancellation request.

To cancel an entire reservation online for all passengers in your booking, follow the steps below:

How to Cancel a Single Breeze Airways Flight Booking Online?

You can cancel a single passenger’s reservation online only if you purchased your ticket directly from Breeze Airways. If you purchased your ticket from a travel agent or a third-party website, you will need to contact the ticket-issuing source directly to cancel and/or refund your ticket.

How to Remove a Single Passenger from a Booking Online?

You can remove a single passenger’s booking online if you do it at least 24 hours before departure. Also, you cannot cancel a trip online if your trip has already commenced or you’re cancelling a single flight on a roundtrip booking, or if you purchased your ticket from a third party.

To cancel a single passenger’s booking online, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to FlyBreeze.com 
  2. Log in to the Guest account you used to book your trip
  3. Select the flight you want to cancel from My Trips 
  4. Click on View Flight Options
  5. Click on the Remove Guest from Itinerary option and select the passenger whose flight you want to cancel
  6. A pop-up box will appear, asking you to confirm the removal of the passenger whose flight you want to cancel 
  7. Select Yes, Continue 
  8. The passenger’s name will be automatically cancelled and removed from the trip
