  • No change fee applies to Fly Flex fares, but you must pay the difference in fares.
  • No change fee or fare difference applies to Fly Flex + fares. 
• If Loganair is unable to confirm your reservation during the validity of your ticket, it will either:
  • Extend the validity of your ticket, or
  • Refund the fare
• If you (or an immediate family member traveling with you) are unable to travel due to illness, Loganair will allow you to postpone your trip without charging a change fee, subject to the presentation of a valid medical certificate.
• If a co-passenger dies during your trip, you can request Loganair to cut short or rearrange your travel plans to complete your journey later by extending the validity of your ticket by up to 45 days beyond the one-year validity period. You will need to present a valid death certificate as proof.
• If after starting your journey an immediate family member dies, you can request Loganair to rearrange your travel plans (without having to pay a change fee) by extending the validity of your ticket by up to 45 days upon the presentation of a death certificate.
• If unforeseen circumstances prevent your travel and part of your fare is non-refundable, Loganair may offer a credit for future use, subject to a nominal administrative fee.
• If you’re unable to travel due to travel disruptions resulting from COVID-19 or related public health measures, you can request Loganair to:
  • Rebook you later on the same or a different route without change fees, although fare differences may apply, or
  • Provide a refund of the fare 
• If a positive COVID-19 diagnosis or a self-isolation requirement due to potential exposure prevents you from traveling, you can request Loganair to:
  • Extend the validity of your ticket for up to 12 months, or 
  • Rebook you on the same route without a change fee, but you may have to pay the fare difference (no refunds will be offered in such cases)
• If Loganair (or its agent) makes a significant itinerary change after you’ve purchased your ticket, it will offer you an alternative flight to your destination at no additional charge. However, if the alternative flight is not acceptable to you, you can request a refund. Significant itinerary changes can include:
  • Changes to departure or arrival times by 3 hours or more within 14 days of departure, or by 5 hours or more at any other time, or any change that significantly disrupts a short trip’s purpose, or
  • Changes to departure or arrival times by less than the times stated above if the total duration of your trip is less than 48 hours and the changes render your trip impractical 
• If your ticket involves a subsequent flight connection on another Loganair service or a flight conducted by one of its allied carriers, either under the same ticket or a linked ticket arrangement, Loganair will provide all necessary support to modify your travel itinerary (without additional charge) if a schedule alteration, delay, or cancellation renders your connecting flight unfeasible. In such cases, you will also have the right to receive a refund for any segments of your trip that are no longer feasible.

Loganair Change Flight Fees

The Loganair change flight fees for Fly fares is £50 (i.e., €60/NOK 650/DKK 420) per passenger in addition to any fare difference. You can make changes to your ticket up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of your flight, after which flight changes are not permitted.
