Flight change policy

If your name does not appear correctly on your KQ flight ticket, you must get it corrected immediately. If the name on your KQ ticket does not exactly match the name on your passport or valid legal ID, you may not be allowed to board your flight.

Kenya Airways’ name change policy allows name corrections as long as the ticket remains in the name of the passenger to whom it was issued and does not get transferred to a different person.
