You can receive the compensation in the form of a flight voucher or cash (your choice).
Note
Inthe case of boarding denials, you have the right to receive customer care services (above) plus alternative transportation to your destination under similar conditions. You also have the option to refuse the alternative transportation offered to you and have your fully refunded. Plus, in all cases, you will be entitled toclaim compensation (as above) ranging from EUR 250 – 600, depending on the flight distance. However, you will not be entitled to any compensation if you are refused carriage for flouting Condor’s rules.
In case of flight cancellations, you will lose the right to compensation if:
Your flight is cancelled due toexceptional circumstances that Condor could not have avoided.
You were informed of the flight cancellation:
At least 14 days before departure.
14 – 7 days before departure and your new flight’s departure is delayed by no more than 2 hours and its arrival time by no more than 4 hours
Less than 7 days before departure and your new flight’s departure is delayed by no more than 1 hour and its arrival by no more than 2 hours
