• Involuntary Cancellations. If Air Premia cancels your flight, fails to operate on schedule, cannot reach a ticketed destination or stopover, cannot provide a confirmed seat, or denies boarding, you have the option to:
  • Get rebooked on the next available flight at no additional charge, or
  • Ask for a route change on another airline or transportation service for the unused portion of your ticket, or
  • Travel to your ticketed destination/stopover via an alternate route with Air Premia or another transport service at no additional charge, or

• Voluntary Cancellations. If you cancel your ticket outside of the 24-hour window, you will be charged a cancellation fee/penalty depending on the fare rules of your ticket and flight route.
• Cancellation Policy due to Illness or Death. In case of illness or death of a passenger or someone in their immediate family, a full refund will be made by Air Premia, subject to supporting documentation, such as a medical or death certificate. 
• Premia42 Flex fares can be cancelled and refunded without penalty up to 31 days before departure, whereas Premia42 Standard and Economy35 Flex fares can be cancelled and refunded without penalty up to 91 days before departure. After this period, a cancellation fee will apply, depending on your fare type (Lite/Standard/Flex), travel class (Premium42/Economy35), and route.
• Flight cancellations are permitted up to 1 hour before departure. 
• You may be entitled to additional compensation and services under applicable local laws, including the EU regulation 261/2004, for boarding denials and certain types of flight delays and cancellations, including the airline’s negligence.

Air Premia 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

  • When passengers cancel their ticket, the refund amount is subject to the applicable service fees, penalties, or cancellation costs, and is determined by the portion of the ticket that has been used.
