Tips for Passengers Requiring Special Assistance on Bangkok Airways

• Passengers requiring mobility assistance 
  • Passengers requiring a wheelchair at the airport must inform at the time of booking—or at least 24 hours before departure.
    • The wheelchair will be provided free of cost. 
    • The passenger must be able to take care of their personal needs during the flight; if not, they must travel with a personal care attendant onboard.
    • The passenger will be assisted from the check-in counter to the aircraft seat, as well as to/from the aircraft’s lavatory.

  • From 32 weeks + 1 day and beyond, a declaration from the expectant mother and a doctor’s certificate are both required.

  • Only dogs and cats are allowed—but in the aircraft hold.
  • Certain dog breeds (snub-nosed and a few others) are not allowed for their safety.
