• If you purchase a 6E upgrade for INR 2,500 (domestic) and INR 3,000 (international), except between India and Nepal, you can:

• Change your flight booking as many times as you like without paying any fee.
• Cancel your flight for a zero-cancellation fee.

• If you cancel your flight booking, the balance amount after deducting the applicable fee will be refunded according to the fare conditions of your ticket. 
• If you modify your flight booking, you must pay the applicable difference in fares and GST. If any residual amount remains, it will be refunded based on the fare conditions of your ticket. 
• You can only purchase the 6E upgrade service at the time of booking—online through IndiGo’s website or a travel agent.
• The benefits of the 6E upgrade service can only be availed through IndiGo’s website or a travel agent, meaning that after purchasing the service, you must cancel or modify your booking either through the website or your travel agent. 
• The 6E upgrade fee is non-refundable, meaning that if you cancel your booking through the website or by phone, the 6E upgrade fee will be forfeited. However, no change or cancellation fee will apply.
