- Onboard wheelchairs can carry a maximum weight of 220lb/100kg and are 35cm/165in wide (between armrests). If your body weight, mass, or disability prevents you from using an onboard wheelchair, you must inform Air France at the time of booking.

You can make a flight booking on Air France by phone (), online through Air France’s website, through Air France’s mobile app, through an Air France ticket office, or through a travel agent.
Air France gives you an option to select your Economy Class seat up to 30 hours before departure on all flights—except those within the metropolitan France area. This allows you to sit with your friends and family, choose a larger seat, or a window or aisle seat. You can book your seat online through My Bookings or your Air France account if you have one, or by calling Air France () or your travel agent.

You can make an online booking in Nigeria on an Air France flight through their Nigeria website: wwws.airfrance.ng or through the mobile app.
If you’re booking your Air France flight from Canada, go to AirFrance.com—the appropriate country page (Canada) page should open by default. However, if the index page opens, click on the America – Caribbean tab and select Canada from the dropdown (as shown below).
You can find your Air France confirmation number or reference number. It can be found on your tickets, booking confirmation or travel documentation.
