  • Families travelling with lap infants are allowed to select their seats for free at the time of booking.  Children will always be seated next to an adult passenger but families may not be seated together.

How to book British Airways flights with Avios points

To transfer your Avios points or book a flight with Avios, you must have a British Airways Executive Club account (click to sign up for an account). Assuming you have enough Avios points in your account, follow the steps below to book your flight with Avios points. 

  1. Go to BritishAirways.com. 
  2. From the Book tab, select Book a flight with Avios.
  3. You’ll be prompted to log into your Executive Club account by entering your membership number/username and PIN/password.
  4. On the next page, enter your flight requirements, such as your departure and arrival airports, date, travel class, and the number of passengers.
